We are a factory specialized in plastic machines for many years. We also have the right to export goods by ourselves.
2. Where is your factory? How can I visit your company?
Our factory is located in Ruian city, Zhejiang province, China. It is about 40 minutes from Shanghai by plane (4 hours by train). We will pick you up at the airport or station. Welcome to visit our factory!
3. How long is your delivery time?
Normally, our delivery time is 15-30 days. If you need it urgently, we can expedite the process and deliver within 7 days.
4. What are your terms of payment?
We accept a 30% deposit, and the balance should be paid before shipment. We also accept Irrevocable L/C at sight.
5. What packaging do you use for the product?
Our products are coated with anti-corrosion oil and covered with plastic film. If you require wooden box packaging, there will be an additional cost.
6. Does your factory provide installation service?
Yes, our engineers can go to the customer's factory for installation. The customer should prepare the materials needed to test the machine in advance and will be responsible for the cost of the technician, including round air tickets, visa costs, accommodation, and a daily salary of $100 per person from the day they start until they arrive at the factory.
7. What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 12-month guarantee and lifelong maintenance for our products.
8. What is your company's after-sales service?
If any replacement parts are needed, we will provide them free of charge as soon as possible.
