2. Where is your factory? How can I visit your company?
Our factory is located in Ruian city, Zhejiang province, China. It is approximately 40 minutes from Shanghai by plane or 4 hours by train. We will arrange to pick you up from the airport or station.

3. How long is your delivery time?
Normally, our delivery time is 15-30 days. If you need the product urgently, we can expedite the production and deliver it within 7 days.
4. What are your terms of payment?
We accept a 30% deposit, with the balance to be paid before shipment. We also accept Irrevocable L/C at sight.
5. What packaging do you use for the product?
The product is coated with anti-corrosion oil and covered with plastic film. If you require wooden box packaging, there will be an additional cost.
6. Does your factory provide installation service?
Yes, our engineers can go to the customer's factory for installation. The customer should prepare the materials required for testing the machine in advance and be responsible for the technician's expenses, including round-trip air tickets, visa costs, accommodation, and a daily salary of $100 per person from the day they depart until they arrive at the factory.
7. What's your warranty policy?
We offer a 12-month guarantee and provide lifelong maintenance for our products.
