The key difference between heat-sealing & heat-cutting and heat-sealing & cold-cutting machines lies in the cutter, both capable of producing high-quality bags. The heat sealing and cutting process ensures strong bottom t-shirt bags ideal for supermarket applications.

 

The heat-sealing and cold-cutting machine features separate sealing and cutting knives, with the sealing knife heating to high temperatures and the cutting knife physically shortened for efficient production. It can produce t-shirt bags with double lines and flat bags with a single line.

 

For t-shirt bags production, the heat-sealing and cutting machine is preferred, while for both t-shirt and flat bags, the heat-sealing and cold-cutting machine is suitable.
