Its large filter area effectively removes particles from the molten plastic, resulting in enhanced product quality. With easy and quick net changes, the manual screen changer prevents any leakage of plastic material. Its rheologically optimized design prevents contamination in the system and significantly extends the cleaning intervals.
Working Principle
The Manual Faster Screen Changer Filter features two filtering stations. When the impurities on the filter have accumulated to a certain extent and the screen needs to be changed, simply move the alarm handle out of the main body after deceleration or shutdown. The waiting filter station will then enter the main body of the screen changer, ensuring uninterrupted operation.
