This machine is suitable for material like paper, plastic film, aluminum foil etc.
Unwind

1. Independent unwinder device controlled by two magnetic powder brake, left and right side each one set to supply enough tension for heavy aluminum foil roll
2. One pcs air shaft
3. Ultrasonic EPC device
4. Hydraulic loading to lift heavy roll easily
5. PLC calculate material diameter automatically to achieve automatic constant tension control, machine automatic stop when material length or diameter reach to the set value
6. A whole piece of input shaft are able to bear 1000kg
