Our factory is situated in Ruian city, Zhejiang province, China. It is approximately 40 minutes from Shanghai by plane (4 hours by train). We provide pick-up service from the airport or station for visitors.
3. What is your delivery time?
Our standard delivery time is 15-30 days, but we can expedite it to about 7 days for urgent orders.
4. What are your payment terms?
We accept a 30% deposit with the balance due before shipment. We also accept Irrevocable L/C at sight.
5. How do you package your products?
Our products are coated with anti-corrosion oil, covered with plastic film, and can be packaged in wooden boxes for an additional cost.
6. Do you provide installation services?
Our engineers can travel to the customer's factory for installation. The customer must prepare materials for testing the machine in advance and cover the technician's expenses, including airfare, visa, accommodation, and a daily salary of 100 USD per person.
