1. Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a factory with years of experience in manufacturing plastic machines. We also have the right to export goods on our own.
2. Where is your factory? How can I visit your company?
Our factory is located in Ruian city, Zhejiang province, China. It is approximately 40 minutes away from Shanghai by plane (4 hours by train). We can arrange to pick you up from the airport or station.
3. How long is the delivery time?
Normally, our delivery time is 15-30 days. However, if you need the product urgently, we can expedite the process and deliver it within 7 days.
4. What are your payment terms?
We accept a 30% deposit with the balance to be paid before shipment. We also accept Irrevocable L/C at sight.
5. What packaging do you use for the product?
We coat the product with anti-corrosion oil and cover it with plastic film. If you prefer a wooden box package, there will be an additional cost.
6. Does your factory provide installation service?
Yes, our engineers can go to the customer's factory for installation. The customer should prepare the necessary materials for testing the machine in advance and be responsible for the cost of the technician, including round air tickets, visa expenses, accommodation, and a daily salary of $100 per person from the day they start until they arrive at the factory.
7. What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 12-month guarantee and provide maintenance for the entire lifespan of the product.
