We are a factory that has specialized in plastic machinery for many years. We also have the capability to export goods independently.
2. Where is your factory? How can I visit your company?
Our factory is located in Ruian City, Zhejiang Province, China.It is approximately 40 minutes by plane from Shanghai (4 hours by train). We offer complimentary pick-up from the airport or train station.

3. How long is your delivery time?
Typically, our delivery time is between 15 to 30 days. For urgent orders, we can expedite the process to approximately 7 days.
4. What are your terms of payment?
We require a 30% deposit, with the balance due before shipment. We also accept Irrevocable L/C at sight.
5. What package do you use for the product?
The product is coated with anti-corrosion oil and covered with plastic film. A wooden box package is available at an additional cost.
6. Does your factory provide installation service?
Yes, our engineers can be dispatched to your factory for installation. Customers should prepare the materials needed for testing the machine in advance. Additionally, clients are responsible for the costs associated with the technician's travel, including round-trip air tickets, visa fees, accommodation, and a daily salary of $100 USD per person, starting from the departure date until arrival back at the factory.
