We are a factory specialized in plastic machines for many years, with the right to export goods independently.
2. Where is your factory located?
Our factory is situated in Ruian city, Zhejiang province, China. It is approximately 40 minutes from Shanghai by plane or 4 hours by train. We offer pick-up services from the airport or station for visitors.
3. What is your delivery time?
Our standard delivery time is 15-30 days, but urgent orders can be expedited to about 7 days.
4. What are your payment terms?
We accept a 30% deposit with the balance due before shipment. We also accept Irrevocable L/C at sight.
5. How do you package your products?
Our products are coated with anti-corrosion oil, covered with plastic film, and can be packaged in wooden boxes for an additional cost.
6. Do you provide installation services?
Yes, our engineers can travel to the customer's factory for installation. The customer is responsible for providing materials for testing the machine and covering the technician's expenses, including airfare, visa, accommodation, and a daily salary of 100USD per person.
