2. Where is your factory located? How can I visit your company?
Our factory is located in Ruian city, Zhejiang province, China. It's about 40 minutes from Shanghai by plane (4 hours by train). We will pick you up from the airport or station.

3. How long is your delivery time?
Normally, our delivery time is 15-30 days. If you need it urgently, we can expedite it to about 7 days.
4. What are your terms of payment?
We accept a 30% deposit, with the balance due before shipment, and Irrevocable L/C at sight.
5. What package do you use for the product?
The product is coated with anti-corrosion oil, covered with plastic film; wooden box packaging requires an additional cost.
6. Does your factory provide installation service?
Our engineer can go to the customer's factory for installation. The customer should prepare materials for testing the machine in advance and cover all costs for our technician, including round-trip airfare, visa fees, accommodation, and a daily salary of 100 USD per person from the start date until their return.
7. What's your warranty policy?
We offer a 12-month guarantee and lifetime maintenance.
