1. Are you a factory or trading company?

We are a factory specialized in plastic machines for many years. We also have the right to export goods by ourselves.

 

2. Where is your factory? How can I visit your company?

Our factory is located in Ruian city, Zhejiang province, China. It is approximately 40 minutes from Shanghai by plane (4 hours by train). We will arrange to pick you up from the airport or station. Welcome to visit our factory!

 

3. How long is your delivery time?

Normally, our delivery time is 15-30 days. If you need it urgently, we can expedite it within 7 days.

 

4. What are your terms of payment?

We accept a 30% deposit, with the balance due before shipment. We also accept Irrevocable L/C at sight.

 

5. What packaging do you use for the product?

Our products are coated with anti-corrosion oil and covered with plastic film. Wooden box packaging is available at an additional cost.

 

6. Does your factory provide installation service?

Yes, our engineers can go to the customer's factory for installation. The customer should prepare the materials required for testing the machine in advance and be responsible for the cost of the technician, including round-trip air tickets, visa costs, accommodation, and a daily salary of 100 USD per person from the day they start until they arrive at the factory.

 

7. What is your warranty policy?

We offer a 12-month guarantee and provide whole life maintenance for our products.
