Single Screw HDPE Star Bottom Film Blowing Machine
This machine is exceptionally well-suited for producing film folded in half multiple times. By incorporating a folding frame on the winding part and folding the film several times, the actual roll width is minimized while the unfolded width remains unchanged. This innovative feature eliminates the need for multiple folding frames in the bag-making machine. When folding in half is unnecessary, the film can bypass the folding frame and be used to manufacture products such as vest bags, flat pockets, and more.
Crafted with precision, its extruder, cylinder, and screw rods are made of high-quality alloy steel that has been nitrided and meticulously processed, ensuring excellent hardness and durability in corrosion resistance. The specially-designed screw excels in plasticizing, enhancing production capacity. This versatile machine is adept at blowing plastic films including low-density polyethylene (LDPE), high-density polyethylene (HDPE), and linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE).

Our factory is situated in Ruian City, Zhejiang Province, China.It takes about 40 minutes by plane from Shanghai (or 4 hours by train). We will arrange to pick you up from the airport or train station.

Our standard delivery time is 15-30 days. For urgent orders, we can expedite it to approximately 7 days.
4. What are your terms of payment?
We accept a 30% deposit with the balance due before shipment. We also accept Irrevocable L/C at sight.
5. What packaging do you use for the products?
Our products are coated with anti-corrosion oil, covered with plastic film. Wooden box packaging is available at an additional cost.
6. Does your factory provide installation services?
Yes, our engineers can visit your factory for installation. Customers should prepare the materials for testing the machine in advance and bear all costs for our technician, including round-trip airfare, visa fees, accommodation, and a daily salary of 100 USD per person from departure until arrival back at our factory.
7. What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 12-month warranty and lifetime maintenance.
