1. Are you factory or trading company ?
We are a factory specializing in plastic machinery for many years. Additionally, we have the rights to export goods independently.

2. Where is your factory? How can I visit your company?
Our factory is located in Ruian City, Zhejiang Province, China.It's about 40 minutes from Shanghai by plane (4 hours by train). We will personally pick you up at the airport or train station.
We warmly welcome you to visit our factory.

3. How long is your delivery time?
Typically, our delivery time ranges from 15-30 days. If you require urgent delivery, we can expedite it to approximately 7 days.

4. What are your terms of payment?
We accept a 30% deposit with the balance payable before shipment. We also accept Irrevocable L/C at sight.

5. What package do you use for the product?
The product is coated with anti-corrosion oil, covered with plastic film. Wooden box packaging is available at an additional cost.

6. Does your factory provide installation service?
Our engineer can visit the customer's factory for installation. The customer should prepare the materials needed to test the machine in advance and cover the costs for our technician, which includes round-trip airfare, visa costs, accommodation, and a salary of 100 USD/day per person, starting from departure until arrival back at our factory.

7. What's your warranty policy?
We offer a 12-month guarantee and lifetime maintenance support.
