2. Where is your factory? How can I visit your company?
Our factory is located in Ruian city, Zhejiang province, China. It is approximately 40 minutes from Shanghai by plane or 4 hours by train. We will gladly pick you up from the airport or station. Welcome to visit our factory!
3. How long is your delivery time?
Normally, our delivery time is 15-30 days. If you need it urgently, we can expedite the process and deliver within 7 days.
4. What are your terms of payment?
We accept a 30% deposit and the balance before shipment. We also accept Irrevocable L/C at sight.
5. What package do you use for the product?
Our products are coated with anti-corrosion oil and covered with plastic film. Please note that wooden box packaging will incur an additional cost.
6. Does your factory provide installation service?
Yes, our engineers can go to the customer's factory for installation. However, the customer should prepare materials for testing the machine in advance and be responsible for the cost of the technician, including round air tickets, visa cost, accommodation, and a daily salary of 100 USD per person from the day they start until they arrive at the factory.
7. What's your warranty policy?
We provide a 12-month guarantee and offer whole life maintenance services for our products.
