This machine is specially designed to create two-sided seal bubble mailers using kraft paper with PE bubble lining.
It combines kraft paper and PE bubble film by heating a jumbo roller and folding it in the center. The mailer is then sealed horizontally by a hot pressing bar and cooled under a cooling bar. Finally, it is cut to the desired length to become a finished mail bag.
The entire machine utilizes advanced motion control technology and features an advanced PLC control system. It also includes a servo motor for precise length fixing, a touch screen control panel for easy operation, and stable performance. The servo motor ensures uniform feeding and includes a photoelectric deviation correction feature,ensure that the film runs smoothly during production. The machine is easy to operate, with functions such as counting and segmentation. It also has automatic shutdown capabilities in case of label loss or missing materials. Additionally, it allows for manual material picking without stopping the machine.
The cut knife is movable and operates smoothly.This ensures that the envelopes produced are not only smooth and beautiful, but also have a strong bonding and good seal. After production, the envelopes are cooled and pressed under a cooling bar, and then cut at the fixed length to become the finished mail bag.

2. Where is your factory? How can i visit your company?
Our factory is located in Ruian city,zhejiang province, China. Its about 40 minutes from shanghai by plane(4 hours by train). We will pick you up on airport or station.

Normally our delivery time is 15-30 days. If you need it ugently, we can make it about7 days
4. What are your terms of payment?
We accept 30% deposit, balance before shipment. And Irrevocable L/C at sight.
5. What package do you use for the product?
Be Coated with anti-corrosion oil, and covered with plastic film, wooden box package need extra cost.
6. Does your factory provide installation service?
Our engineer can go to customer factory to installation. Customer should prepare materials used to testing the machine in advance and should be responsible for the cost of supplier's technician, including round air tickets, visa cost, accommodation and salary 100USD/Day per person since the day start out until the day arriving at factory.
7. What's your warranty policy?
12 month guarantee and whole life maintance.
