2. Where is your factory located? How can I visit your company?
Our factory is nestled in Ruian City, Zhejiang Province, China.It's approximately 40 minutes by plane or 4 hours by train from Shanghai. We will arrange for your pick-up at the airport or train station.

3. What is your delivery time?
Typically, our delivery time ranges from 15 to 30 days. If you are in urgent need, we can expedite the process to around 7 days.
4. What are your terms of payment?
We accept a 30% deposit with the balance due before shipment, and we also accommodate Irrevocable L/C at sight.
5. What packaging do you use for the product?
Our products are coated with anti-corrosion oil and covered with plastic film. Wooden box packaging is available at an additional cost.
6. Does your factory provide installation services?
Yes, our engineer can travel to the customer's factory for installation. The customer should prepare materials for testing the machine in advance and cover the costs for our technician, including round-trip airfare, visa fees, accommodation, and a daily salary of 100 USD per person from the departure day until arrival back at our factory.
7. What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 12-month guarantee along with lifelong maintenance support.
8. What after-sale services does your company provide?
We ensure prompt dispatch of free replacement parts as soon as possible.
