Vertical Mixer Machine

Our vertical mixer operates through the dynamic rotation of the screw, lifting raw materials from the bottom and scattering them in an umbrella-like manner to ensure thorough mixing. This process achieves even blending of large quantities of materials quickly. It is primarily used for mixing plastic sheet material, crushed material, plastic granule material, new and old plastic material, and added color masterbatch. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it is resistant to sticking and wear.

1. Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a dedicated factory specializing in plastic machinery for many years, and we also have the authorization to export goods independently.
2. Where is your factory? How can I visit your company?
Our factory is located in Ruian City, Zhejiang Province, China.It is about 40 minutes from Shanghai by plane (4 hours by train). We will gladly arrange to pick you up from the airport or station.

3. How long is your delivery time?
Normally, our delivery time ranges from 15-30 days. For urgent requirements, we can expedite the process to approximately 7 days.
4. What are your terms of payment?
We accept a 30% deposit with the balance due before shipment. We also accept Irrevocable L/C at sight.
5. What packaging do you use for the product?
Our products are coated with anti-corrosion oil, covered with plastic film, and can be packed in wooden boxes at an additional cost.
6. Does your factory provide installation service?
Our engineers are available to provide installation services at the customer's factory. Customers should prepare the necessary materials for testing the machine in advance and cover the costs of our technician, including round-trip airfare, visa fees, accommodation, and a daily salary of $100 per person from the day of departure until arrival back at our factory.
7. What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 12-month guarantee and lifetime maintenance support.
8. What is your company's after-sale service?
We promptly provide free replacement parts to ensure minimal downtime.
