Advanced Water Cooling Rotary Die Head PP Film Blowing Machine
This versatile machine is designed for blowing polyethylene (PP) as well as high-density (HDPE) and low-density polyethylene (LDPE). It finds extensive applications in packaging food, garments, textiles, daily necessities, and various industrial products.
Crafted from premium alloy steel, the cylinder and screw stems of the extruder offer exceptional hardness and robust corrosion resistance, achieved through precision finishing and specialized nitrogen treatment.
The extruder can be elevated up to 3 meters to meet specific technological requirements. The film blowing method is bottom blowing. The coiling unit utilizes a torque motor to maintain optimal tension, ensuring uniform rolling and easy roll changes.
The PP film blowing machine is specially designed for the production of PP (polypropylene) film with high transparency and clarity.
The downward extrusion machine produces high quality PP film rolls suitable for the textile and garment industry, food packaging, stationery products, flower packaging, zipper bags and other transparent packaging bags.
The water cooling system ensures the transparency of the final film product.
The standard machine includes 3 sets of different sized water rings for flexible production of different sized final film products. The special air ring design ensures the stability of the PP bubble during the production process.
Air/water cooler can be added to increase the transparency of the PP film.
Rotary die head can be equipped to ensure a smooth and beautiful film roll surface
Double (back-to-back) winder can be fitted to produce single layer film
Optional tension control for winder ensures good tension of film (in rolls), particularly effective for food and garment packaging

Our factory is situated in Ruian City, Zhejiang Province, China.It is approximately 40 minutes by plane from Shanghai (or 4 hours by train). We provide pick-up services from the airport or station.

Typically, our delivery time ranges from 15 to 30 days. For urgent orders, we can expedite the process to approximately 7 days.
4. What are your terms of payment?
We accept a 30% deposit with the balance due before shipment, and we also accept Irrevocable L/C at sight.
5. What packaging do you use for the product?
The equipment is coated with anti-corrosion oil, covered with plastic film, and can be packed in wooden boxes at an additional cost.
6. Does your factory provide installation services?
Our engineers can visit your factory for installation. Customers should prepare materials for testing the machine in advance and cover the costs for our technicians, including round-trip airfare, visa fees, accommodation, and a daily salary of $100 per person from departure until arrival back at the factory.
7. What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 12-month guarantee and lifetime maintenance.
