Audited Supplier The Manual Faster Screen Changer Filter is made of 38CrMoAL nitriding, ensuring durability and reliability. With a large filter area, it effectively removes particles from the molten plastic, resulting in enhanced product quality. The manual screen changer allows for easy and quick net changes, preventing any leakage of plastic material. Its rheologically optimized design prevents contamination in the system and significantly extends the cleaning intervals.
The Manual Faster Screen Changer Filter features two filtering stations. When the impurities on the filter have accumulated to a certain extent and the screen needs to be changed, simply move the alarm handle out of the main body after deceleration or shutdown. The waiting filter station will then enter the main body of the screen changer, ensuring uninterrupted operation.

Our factory is located in Ruian city, Zhejiang province, China. It is conveniently situated about 40 minutes from Shanghai by plane or 4 hours by train. We offer pick-up services from the airport or station for your convenience.
Normally, our delivery time is 15-30 days. However, if you require the product urgently, we can expedite the process and deliver it within 7 days.
We accept a 30% deposit with the balance to be paid before shipment. We also accept Irrevocable L/C at sight for your convenience.
Our products are coated with anti-corrosion oil and covered with plastic film for protection. Please note that wooden box packaging will incur an additional cost.
We provide installation services and our engineers can visit your factory for installation. However, customers are responsible for preparing the materials required for testing the machine in advance. Customers are also responsible for covering the cost of the technician, including round air tickets, visa expenses, accommodation, and a daily salary of $100 per person from the day they depart until the day they arrive at the factory.
We offer a 12-month guarantee on our products, and our company provides lifetime maintenance support. In case of any issues, we will promptly express free replacement parts to you.
