HDPE / LDPE / PLA Material Two Layers Co-Extrusion Film Blowing Machine

This 2 layers film blowing line, manufactured by ZHEJIANG YOUJIA MACHINERY CO.,LTD., is equipped with three extruders and auxiliary parts. It is designed for blowing HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, metallocene polyethylene, and more to create a three-layer complex composite film. The resulting film exhibits improved physical properties, increased strength, good obstruct properties, and air tightness.

With excellent barrier properties, thermal insulation, waterproofing, anti-frost capabilities, oxygen barrier, and oil resistance, this film is ideal for heavy packaging applications such as fruit, meat dishes, pickles, fresh milk, and liquid beverages.
