1. Factory or Trading Company: We are a factory specialized in plastic machines for many years. Additionally, we have the right to export goods by ourselves.
2. Factory Location and Visit: Our factory is located in Ruian city, Zhejiang province, China. It is approximately 40 minutes from Shanghai by plane or 4 hours by train. We offer pick-up services from the airport or station. You are welcome to visit our factory.
3. Delivery Time: Normally, our delivery time is 15-30 days. However, if you need the product urgently, we can expedite it and deliver within 7 days.
4. Payment Terms: We accept a 30% deposit, with the balance to be paid before shipment. We also accept Irrevocable L/C at sight.
5. Product Packaging: Our products are coated with anti-corrosion oil and covered with plastic film. Please note that wooden box packaging will incur an additional cost.
6. Installation Service: Our engineers can go to the customer's factory for installation. The customer should prepare the necessary materials for testing the machine in advance. The customer is responsible for the cost of the technician, including round air tickets, visa cost, accommodation, and a daily salary of $100 per person from the day they start until they arrive at the factory.
7. Warranty Policy: We provide a 12-month guarantee and offer whole-life maintenance for our products.
