Vertical mixer machine

1. Are you factory or trading company ?
We are factory specialized in plastic machine for many years, also we have the right to export goods by ourselves.
2. Where is your factory? How can i visit your company?
Our factory is located in Ruian city, Zhejiang province, China. It's about 40 minutes from Shanghai by plane (4 hours by train). We will pick you up at the airport or station.

3. How long is your delivery time?
Normally, our delivery time is 15-30 days. If you need it urgently, we can expedite the process to approximately 7 days.
4. What are your terms of payment?
We accept a 30% deposit, with the balance due before shipment. We also accept an Irrevocable L/C at sight.
5. What package do you use for the product?
Products are coated with anti-corrosion oil, covered with plastic film, and wooden box packaging is available at an additional cost.
6. Does your factory provide installation service?
Our engineer can go to the customer's factory for installation. The customer should prepare materials for testing the machine in advance and is responsible for the cost of the technician, including round-trip airfare, visa fees, accommodation, and a salary of 100 USD/day per person from the day of departure until the day of return.
7. What's your warranty policy?
We provide a 12-month guarantee along with lifetime maintenance.
