Our factory is located in Ruian city, Zhejiang province, China. It is conveniently located about 40 minutes from Shanghai by plane or 4 hours by train. We will pick you up at the airport or station, so you can easily visit our factory.

 

With a normal delivery time of 15-30 days, we strive to meet your needs. In case of urgency, we can expedite the delivery within 7 days.

 

When it comes to payment, we accept a 30% deposit and the balance before shipment. We also accept Irrevocable L/C at sight.

 

Our products are carefully packaged to ensure their safety during transportation. They are coated with anti-corrosion oil and covered with plastic film. Please note that wooden box packaging will incur an additional cost.

 

If you require installation services, our skilled engineers can visit your factory. However, please ensure that you have the necessary materials for testing the machine in advance. You will be responsible for the cost of the technician, including round air tickets, visa cost, accommodation, and a daily salary of 100USD per person.

 

As for warranty, we provide a 12-month guarantee and offer maintenance for the entire lifespan of the product.
