1. Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a factory specializing in plastic machinery for many years. We also have the right to export goods directly.
2. Where is your factory located? How can I visit?
Our factory is situated in Ruian city, Zhejiang province, China.It's about 40 minutes by plane or 4 hours by train from Shanghai. We will pick you up at the airport or station.

3. How long is your delivery time?
Our usual delivery time ranges from 15-30 days. For urgent needs, we can expedite the process to around 7 days.
4. What are your terms of payment?
We accept a 30% deposit with the balance due before shipment. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted.
5. What packaging do you use for the product?
Our products are coated with anti-corrosion oil, covered with plastic film, and can be packaged in wooden boxes at an extra cost.
6. Does your factory provide installation services?
Our engineers can travel to your location for installation. Customers should prepare the materials for testing the machine beforehand and cover all costs for the technician, including round-trip airfare, visa fees, accommodation, and a daily salary of 100USD per person from departure until arrival at the factory.
7.What's your warranty policy?
We offer a 12-month guarantee and lifetime maintenance.
