We are a specialized factory dedicated to plastic machinery for many years. Additionally, we possess the capability to export our products directly.
2. Where is your factory? How can I visit your company?
Our factory is situated in Ruian City, Zhejiang Province, China. It is approximately a 40-minute flight from Shanghai (4 hours by train). We will arrange to pick you up from the airport or station.

3. How long is your delivery time?
Typically, our delivery time ranges from 15-30 days. However, if you require it urgently, we can expedite the process to approximately 7 days.
4. What are your terms of payment?
We accept a 30% deposit with the balance due before shipment, and we also accept Irrevocable L/C at sight.
5. What package do you use for the product?
Our packaging includes anti-corrosion oil coating and plastic film cover. Wooden box packaging is available at an additional cost.
6. Does your factory provide installation service?
Yes, our engineer can visit the customer's factory for installation. The customer should prepare the materials for testing the machine in advance and bear the technician's costs, including round-trip airfare, visa expenses, accommodation, and a daily salary of 100 USD per person from departure until arrival back at the factory.
7. What's your warranty policy?
We offer a 12-month guarantee and lifetime maintenance.
