Double Layer Six Line Cold Cutting Machine

This Double Layer Six Line Cold Cutting Machine is designed for processing primal color/colorful printing film bags with tub-size films of HDPE, LDPE, and PP. It offers two styles of electrical machine support: a step-in electrical machine controlled by a computer or an imported servo machine.

The machine is equipped with electronic eyes that accurately follow the sign of colorful film, ensuring precise location of words and pictures. If your products are all printed bags, you can use only one production line as our machine's working principle is suitable for one color tracking eye.

We have specially equipped conveyor belts to prevent excessive production lines, which can cause packaging of finished products to fall behind after bag making.

The length and speed of the machine can be easily controlled by the computer, reducing waste and making operation much easier.

It also comes with automatic functions for carrying material, sealing and cutting, counting, sending out, and alarm, providing convenience and efficiency.

We are factory specialized in plastic machine for many years, also we have the right to export goods by ourselves.

2. Where is your factory? How can i visit your company?
Our factory is located in Ruian city,zhejiang province, China. Its about 40 minutes from shanghai by plane(4 hours by train). We will pick you up on airport or station.

Normally our delivery time is 15-30 days. If you need it ugently, we can make it about7 days

4. What are your terms of payment?
We accept 30% deposit, balance before shipment. And Irrevocable L/C at sight.

Be Coated with anti-corrosion oil, and covered with plastic film, wooden box package need extra cost.

6. Does your factory provide installation service?
Our engineer can go to customer factory to installation. Customer should prepare materials used to testing the machine in advance and should be responsible for the cost of supplier's technician, including round air tickets, visa cost, accommodation and salary 100USD/Day per person since the day start out until the day arriving at factory.
