1. Factory or Trading Company: We are a factory specialized in plastic machines for many years. We also have the right to export goods by ourselves.

 

2. Factory Location and Visit: Our factory is located in Ruian city, Zhejiang province, China. It is approximately 40 minutes from Shanghai by plane or 4 hours by train. We will arrange to pick you up at the airport or station. Welcome to visit our factory!

 

3. Delivery Time: Our normal delivery time is 15-30 days. If you need the product urgently, we can expedite the delivery in about 7 days.

 

4. Payment Terms: We accept a 30% deposit and the balance before shipment. We also accept Irrevocable L/C at sight.

 

5. Product Packaging: Our products are coated with anti-corrosion oil and covered with plastic film. If you require wooden box packaging, there will be an additional cost.

 

6. Installation Service: Our engineers can go to the customer's factory to provide installation services. The customer should prepare the materials required for testing the machine in advance. The customer is responsible for the cost of the technician, including round air tickets, visa cost, accommodation, and a daily salary of 100USD per person starting from the day they leave until the day they arrive at the factory.
