For small air-cooled granulators, we employ a manual quick screen change mechanism for added convenience. For larger granulators, where screen change pressure is significantly high, we use a hydraulic screen change system to ensure ease of use.
Our machine efficiently utilizes waste film as raw material, transforming it into high-quality particles through the innovative air cooling heater cutter. The resulting product is clean and pure, free from any gas or water content. 1. Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a factory specializing in plastic machinery for many years. Additionally, we have the authorization to export goods independently.
2. Where is your factory located? How can I visit your company?
Our factory is situated in Ruian City, Zhejiang Province, China.
It's approximately 40 minutes from Shanghai by plane (4 hours by train). We will gladly arrange to pick you up at the airport or train station.

3. What is your delivery time?
Typically, our delivery time ranges from 15-30 days. However, if you need it urgently, we can expedite the process to approximately 7 days.
4. What are your terms of payment?
Our payment terms include a 30% deposit with the balance due before shipment. We also accept an Irrevocable L/C at sight.
5. What packaging do you use for the products?
Our products are coated with anti-corrosion oil, covered with plastic film. Note: Wooden box packaging incurs additional costs.
6. Does your factory provide installation services?
Yes, our engineers can travel to the customer's factory for installation. The customer should prepare all necessary materials for testing the machine in advance and cover the technician's costs, including round-trip airfare, visa fees, accommodation, and a daily salary of 100 USD per person from the departure day until arrival back at the factory.
7. What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 12-month guarantee along with lifetime maintenance.
