Our factory is located in Ruian City, Zhejiang Province, China. It is conveniently situated about 40 minutes from Shanghai by plane or 4 hours by train. We will be happy to pick you up from the airport or station when you visit our factory.
With regards to delivery time, we typically require 15-30 days. However, if you have an urgent need, we can expedite the process and deliver in approximately 7 days.
We accept a 30% deposit and the balance should be paid before shipment. We also offer the option of an Irrevocable L/C at sight.
For packaging, our products are coated with anti-corrosion oil and covered with plastic film. Please note that if you require a wooden box package, there will be an additional cost.
If you need installation assistance, our engineers can come to your factory for installation. However, please ensure that you have the necessary materials for testing the machine in advance. Additionally, you will be responsible for covering the cost of our technician, including round-trip air tickets, visa expenses, accommodation, and a daily salary of 100USD per person.
Our products come with a 12-month guarantee and we offer lifetime maintenance support. In the event that you require replacement parts, we will promptly provide them to you free of charge.
