The Manual Faster Screen Changer Filter, provided by ZHEJIANG YOUJIA MACHINERY CO.,LTD., is a high-quality product designed for our film blowing machines and granulators. It is made of 38CrMoAL nitriding, ensuring durability and reliability.
With its large filter area, this screen changer effectively removes particles from the molten plastic, resulting in enhanced product quality. The manual screen changer allows for easy and quick net changes, preventing any leakage of plastic material. Its rheologically optimized design prevents contamination in the system and significantly extends the cleaning intervals.
The Manual Faster Screen Changer Filter features two filtering stations. When the impurities on the filter have accumulated to a certain extent and the screen needs to be changed, simply move the alarm handle out of the main body after deceleration or shutdown. The waiting filter station will then enter the main body of the screen changer, ensuring uninterrupted operation.
