Our modern facility is situated in Ruian City, Zhejiang Province, China. It's about a 40-minute flight from Shanghai (4 hours by train). We'll gladly pick you up from the airport or station.

Typically, our delivery time ranges from 15-30 days. For urgent needs, we can expedite the process to approximately 7 days.
4. What are your terms of payment?
We accept a 30% deposit with the balance due before shipment. Additionally, we support Irrevocable L/C at sight.
5. What packaging do you use for the product?
Our products are meticulously coated with anti-corrosion oil, enveloped in plastic film. Wooden box packaging is available at an additional cost.
6. Does your factory provide installation services?
Yes, our skilled engineer can visit your factory for installation. The customer must prepare materials for testing in advance and cover the technician's costs, including round-trip airfare, visa fees, accommodation, and a daily salary of $100 per person from the departure day until arrival at the factory.
7. What's your warranty policy?
We offer a 12-month guarantee and lifetime maintenance support.
8. What is your company's after-sale service?
