We are a factory specializing in plastic machinery for many years. Additionally, we have the rights to export goods independently.

2. Where is your factory located? How can I visit your company?
Our factory is situated in Ruian city, Zhejiang province, China.
It takes about 40 minutes to reach us from Shanghai by plane (4 hours by train). We will gladly pick you up at the airport or train station.
We warmly welcome you to visit our factory!

3. What is your usual delivery time?
Our standard delivery time is 15-30 days. If you require it urgently, we can expedite the process to approximately 7 days.

4. What are your payment terms?
We accept a 30% deposit with the balance due before shipment. We also accept an Irrevocable L/C at sight.

5. What kind of packaging do you use for your products?
Our products are coated with anti-corrosion oil, covered with plastic film. Wooden box packaging is available at an additional cost.

6. Does your factory provide installation services?
Yes, our engineers can visit your factory for installation. Customers should prepare the materials for testing the machine in advance and cover all costs for our technicians, including round-trip airfare, visa fees, accommodation, and a daily salary of 100 USD per technician, starting from the departure date until they return.

7. What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 12-month guarantee along with lifetime maintenance.
