Let's dive into the principle behind this remarkable machine. It consists of a main drive motor, transmission device, extrusion device, feeding hopper, electronic control system, casting die, and two-roll calendering. Its working principle is: the material flows from the hopper into the plasticizing and extruding state of the extrusion device into a casting state, and then comes out of the host through the die, and is calendered by a two-roll calender

Each roller is driven by its own motor, ensuring precise control over roller speed.
The mirror roller is made of hard chrome plated 304 stainless steel, guaranteeing reliable quality and a smooth surface finish.
The aluminum alloy flattening roller is anodized to enhance the film's flatness.
When combined with a single screw extruder and a casting die, it completes the material casting process.
This machine integrates casting, trimming, and winding functions for cast film.
The distance between the casting roll and the casting die can be adjusted using the lifting mechanism, allowing for different air intervals during the casting process.
For independent control, you have the option to include touch screen control components.
To maintain the desired temperature of the casting roll, you can choose to add a mold temperature controller or a water chiller.
For improved convenience and quality, there is an optional waste collection device for trimming and waste collection during the winding process.
Imported T-Die made of special Mould Steel by high Precise process & treatment to ensure the best result.
The Cast Chilled Roller Inside six way water circulation design and built-in spiral way to ensure roller surface temperature uniform.
Roll Winder can be Moved forward & backward with auto tension control & Auto Roll Cutting system with PLC Control.

1. Are you factory or trading company ?

We are factory specialized in plastic machine  for many years, also we have the right to export goods by ourselves.

2. Where is your factory? How can i visit your company?
Our factory is located in Ruian city,zhejiang province, China. Its about 40 minutes from shanghai by plane(4 hours by train). We will pick you up on airport or station.

3. How long is your delivery time?
Normally our delivery time is 15-30 days. If you need it ugently, we can make it about7 days

4. What are your terms of payment?
We accept 30% deposit, balance before shipment. And Irrevocable L/C at sight.
 
5. What package do you use for the product?
Be Coated with anti-corrosion oil, and covered with plastic film,  wooden box package need extra cost.
 
6. Does your factory provide installation service?
Our engineer can go to customer factory to installation. Customer should prepare materials used to testing the machine in advance and should be responsible for the cost of supplier's technician, including round air tickets, visa cost, accommodation and salary 100USD/Day per person since the day start out until the day arriving at factory.

7. What's your warranty policy?
12 month guarantee and whole life maintance.
