This high-speed co-extrusion PE blown film machine consists of two extruders and auxiliary parts, with a rotating die head and wind-cooling system. It is suitable for blowing HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, and metallocene polyethylene, among others, to produce two-layer complex composite films through a three-layer extrusion die head. This process enhances the films' physical properties, increasing strength, and resulting in films with excellent obstructive properties and air tightness.
The produced films find wide applications in liquid film, pearl film, composite-based film, heat shrinkable film, tire separation membrane, anti-aging multi-functional film, anti-jamming membrane, impermeable film, stretch film, cable film, and more.
