Are you factory or trading company?

 

We are Zhejiang Youjia Machinery Co., Ltd., a factory specialized in plastic machines for many years. We have the right to export goods by ourselves.

 

Where is your factory? How can I visit your company?

 

Our factory is located in Ruian city, Zhejiang province, China. It is approximately 40 minutes from Shanghai by plane or 4 hours by train. We will be happy to pick you up at the airport or station.

 

What is the delivery time?

 

Normally, our delivery time is 15-30 days. However, if you need the product urgently, we can expedite the process and have it ready in about 7 days.

 

What are your payment terms?

 

We accept a 30% deposit and the balance is due before shipment. We also accept Irrevocable L/C at sight.

 

What packaging do you use for the product?

 

The product is coated with anti-corrosion oil and covered with plastic film. If you prefer a wooden box package, there will be an additional cost.

 

Does your factory provide installation service?

 

Yes, our engineer can go to the customer's factory for installation. However, the customer should prepare the materials required for testing the machine in advance and be responsible for the cost of the technician, including round air tickets, visa cost, accommodation, and a salary of 100USD/day per person from the day they start out until the day they arrive at the factory.

 

What is your warranty policy?

 

We offer a 12-month guarantee and provide whole-life maintenance for our products.
