Our factory is located in Ruian city, Zhejiang province, China. It's about a 40-minute flight from Shanghai (4 hours by train). We will arrange to pick you up from the airport or station.

Typically, our delivery time is 15-30 days. For urgent needs, we can expedite it to approximately 7 days.

4. What are your terms of payment?
We accept a 30% deposit with the balance due before shipment. We also accept Irrevocable L/C at sight.

The product is coated with anti-corrosion oil, covered with plastic film, and wooden box packaging is available at an extra cost.

6. Does your factory provide installation services?
Our engineer can go to the customer's factory for installation. The customer should prepare the materials needed for testing the machine in advance and is responsible for the cost of our technician, including round-trip air tickets, visa costs, accommodation, and a daily salary of 100 USD per person from the start date until the technician returns.

7. What's your warranty policy?
We offer a 12-month guarantee and lifelong maintenance.
