This process ensures a large quantity of raw materials is evenly mixed in a short time. 2. Where is your factory located? How can I visit your company?
Our factory is located in Ruian City, Zhejiang Province, China.It's about a 40-minute flight from Shanghai (4 hours by train). We will arrange to pick you up from the airport or station.

3. What is your delivery time?
Typically, our delivery time ranges from 15 to 30 days. For urgent needs, we can expedite the process to approximately 7 days.
4. What are your payment terms?
We accept a 30% deposit with the balance due before shipment. We also accept Irrevocable L/C at sight.
5. What packaging do you use for the product?
The product is coated with anti-corrosion oil, covered with plastic film. Wooden box packaging is available at an additional cost.
6. Does your factory provide installation services?
Yes, our engineers can visit the customer's factory for installation. Customers should prepare materials for testing the machine in advance and cover the technician's costs, including round-trip airfare, visa fees, accommodation, and a daily salary of 100 USD per person from departure until arrival back at the factory.
7. What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 12-month guarantee and lifetime maintenance.
