Crafted from premium-quality alloy steel, the cylinder and screw stems of the extruder exhibit unparalleled hardness and corrosion resistance, attributed to our meticulous precision finishing and advanced nitrogen treatment.
The extruder is engineered for versatility, allowing it to be elevated up to 3 meters to meet various technological requirements. The film blowing mode is bottom blowing. The coiling unit is equipped with a torque motor to ensure optimal tension, uniform rolling, and seamless roll changes.
