2. Where is your factory? How can I visit your company?
Our factory is located in Ruian City, Zhejiang Province, China, approximately 40 minutes from Shanghai by plane (4 hours by train). We will arrange to pick you up from the airport or station. Welcome to visit us!

3. How long is your delivery time?
Typically, our delivery time is 15-30 days. For urgent needs, we can expedite the process to approximately 7 days.
4. What are your terms of payment?
We accept a 30% deposit, with the balance due before shipment. We also accept Irrevocable L/C at sight.
5. What package do you use for the product?
The machine is coated with anti-corrosion oil, covered with plastic film, and optionally packaged in a wooden box at an extra cost.
6. Does your factory provide installation service?
Our engineer can travel to your facility for installation. You should prepare the materials needed for testing the machine in advance and cover the costs associated with our technician, including round-trip airfare, visa fees, accommodation, and a daily salary of $100 per person from the departure day until their return.
7. What's your warranty policy?
We provide a 12-month guarantee along with lifelong maintenance support.
8. What is your company after sale service?
We promptly dispatch free replacement parts to ensure minimal disruption to your operations.
