It excels in mixing plastic particles, crushed materials, plastic plates, and both new and old materials, ensuring a homogeneous blend every time.
The vertical mixer operates by lifting raw materials from the bottom of the barrel through the rapid rotation of the screw. This motion disperses the materials in an umbrella-like manner, ensuring they return evenly to the bottom for thorough mixing. This process guarantees that a large volume of raw materials is uniformly blended in a short period. Primarily used for mixing plastic sheet material, crushed material, plastic granules, and color masterbatch, it boasts a stainless steel construction, offering superior resistance to sticking and wear.

We are a factory with years of specialization in plastic machinery. Moreover, we possess the authorization to export goods independently.
2. Where is your factory? How can I visit your company?
Our factory is nestled in Ruian city, Zhejiang province, China.It is approximately 40 minutes from Shanghai by plane (4 hours by train). We offer complimentary pick-up services from the airport or train station.

3. How long is your delivery time?
Typically, our delivery period ranges from 15 to 30 days. For urgent requirements, we can expedite this to approximately 7 days.
4. What are your terms of payment?
We accept a 30% deposit, with the balance due before shipment. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted.
5. What package do you use for the product?
The products are coated with anti-corrosion oil, wrapped in plastic film. Wooden box packaging incurs an additional cost.
6. Does your factory provide installation service?
Our engineers can travel to the customer's factory for installation. Customers should prepare the materials needed for testing the machine in advance and cover costs for the technician, including round-trip air tickets, visa fees, accommodation, and a daily salary of 100 USD per person from departure until arrival back at the factory.
7. What's your warranty policy?
We offer a 12-month guarantee along with lifetime maintenance service.
