1. Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a factory specializing in plastic machinery for many years, with the capability to export goods directly.
2. Where is your factory located and how can I visit your company?
Our factory is situated in Ruian City, Zhejiang Province, China.It's about 40 minutes from Shanghai by plane or 4 hours by train. We will arrange a pick-up service from the airport or station.
We warmly welcome you to visit our factory.
3. What is your delivery time?
Our standard delivery time is 15-30 days. For urgent needs, we can expedite the process to approximately 7 days.
4. What are your payment terms?
We accept a 30% deposit, with the balance due before shipment, and also accept Irrevocable L/C at sight.
5. What type of packaging do you use for the product?
Each product is coated with anti-corrosion oil, covered with plastic film, and can be packaged in a wooden box for an additional cost.
6. Does your factory provide installation services?
Yes, our engineer can travel to your factory for installation. You should prepare the necessary materials for testing the machine and cover the technician's costs, including round-trip airfare, visa fees, accommodation, and a daily salary of $100 per person from the day of departure until arrival back at the factory.
7. What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 12-month guarantee and lifetime maintenance support.
8. What after-sale services does your company provide?
We promptly dispatch free replacement parts as needed.
