The vertical mixer operates by lifting raw materials from the bottom of the barrel to the top through the rapid rotation of a screw. These materials are then dispersed in an umbrella-like fashion and returned to the bottom, enabling thorough and even mixing. Ideal for plastic sheet material, granules, and added color masterbatch, this stainless steel mixer is built to resist sticking and wear.

We are a factory specializing in plastic machinery for many years, with the capability to export goods independently.
2. Where is your factory located? How can I visit your company?
Our factory is situated in Ruian City, Zhejiang Province, China.It's about a 40-minute flight from Shanghai (4 hours by train). We will gladly arrange to pick you up from the airport or station.

3. What is your delivery time?
Typically, our delivery time is 15-30 days. For urgent needs, we can expedite delivery to about 7 days.
4. What are your terms of payment?
We accept a 30% deposit, with the balance due before shipment. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted.
5. What packaging do you use for the product?
Products are coated with anti-corrosion oil, covered with plastic film. Wooden box packaging is available at an additional cost.
6. Does your factory provide installation service?
Our engineer can travel to your factory for installation. Customers should prepare materials for machine testing in advance and cover the expenses for our technician, including round-trip airfare, visa costs, accommodation, and a daily salary of 100USD per person from departure until arrival back at our factory.
7. What's your warranty policy?
We offer a 12-month guarantee with lifetime maintenance support.
