1. Are you factory or trading company ?
We are a factory specializing in plastic machinery for many years, and we hold the rights to export goods directly.
2. Where is your factory? How can I visit your company?
Our factory is situated in Ruian City, Zhejiang Province, China. It is approximately 40 minutes from Shanghai by plane (4 hours by train). We will arrange to pick you up from the airport or train station.

3. How long is your delivery time?
Typically, our delivery time ranges from 15 to 30 days. If you need the machine urgently, we can expedite the process and deliver it within about 7 days.
4. What are your terms of payment?
We require a 30% deposit, with the balance due before shipment. We also accept Irrevocable L/C at sight.
5. What package do you use for the product?
The product will be coated with anti-corrosion oil, covered with plastic film, and optionally packaged in a wooden box for an additional cost.
6. Does your factory provide installation service?
Yes, our engineers can travel to the customer's factory for installation. The customer should prepare materials for testing the machine in advance and cover all costs associated with our technician, including round-trip airfare, visa fees, accommodation, and a daily salary of 100 USD per person from departure to return.
7. What's your warranty policy?
We offer a 12-month guarantee and lifetime maintenance support.
8. What is your company's after-sale service?
