High speed co-extrusion ABA film blowing machine

This state-of-the-art equipment is designed with two extruders and some auxiliary parts, including a die head and wind-cooling system that can rotate continuously. (The rotaery device is not suitable on HDPE.) It's perfect for blowing films using various materials such as HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, and metallocene polyethylene.
With its three-layer extrusion die head, this machine can create two-layer complex composite films. This process greatly enhances the physical properties of the films, making them stronger and more durable. As a result, our films boast excellent obstruct properties and air tightness.
The range of applications for this type of film is very wide! It can be used in liquid films, pearl films, composite-based films, heat shrinkable films, tire separation membranes, anti-aging multi-functional films, anti-jamming membranes, impermeable films, stretch films, cable films, and so much more.
Our ABA film blowing machine is specifically designed with two extrusion devices, typically of different sizes. The most common configuration includes a combination of a 45 mm screw diameter and a 55 mm screw diameter, which is perfect for producing vest bags.When it comes to producing garbage bags, the usual screw diameter used is either 55 mm or 65 mm. In the A layer, we typically add calcium carbonate in a proportion of 20%, along with some masterbatches, LLDPE, and a higher proportion of HDPE. As for the inner B layer, it is blended with a higher proportion of calcium carbonate, which is then mixed with recycled materials.
Not only does the ABA three-layer co-extruded film blowing machine significantly reduce the amount of new material needed in the formulation, but it also has another advantage. It produces a three-layer film that is 30% stronger compared to a film produced by extrusion from a single layer. Moreover, the ABA machine is more economical as it requires one less extruder than the ABC machine.

1. Are you factory or trading company ?
We are factory specialized in plastic machine for many years, also we have the right to export goods by ourselves.
2. Where is your factory? How can i visit your company?
Our factory is located in Ruian city,zhejiang province, China. Its about 40 minutes from shanghai by plane(4 hours by train). We will pick you up on airport or station.

3. How long is your delivery time?
Normally our delivery time is 15-30 days. If you need it ugently, we can make it about7 days
4. What are your terms of payment?
We accept 30% deposit, balance before shipment. And Irrevocable L/C at sight.
5. What package do you use for the product?
Be Coated with anti-corrosion oil, and covered with plastic film, wooden box package need extra cost.
6. Does your factory provide installation service?
Our engineer can go to customer factory to installation. Customer should prepare materials used to testing the machine in advance and should be responsible for the cost of supplier's technician, including round air tickets, visa cost, accommodation and salary 100USD/Day per person since the day start out until the day arriving at factory.
7. What's your warranty policy?
12 month guarantee and whole life maintance.
8. What is your company after sale service?
