The primary structure comprises extruders, a control panel, a bubble forming section, and a winder. Our plastic extruder machine is capable of producing two-layer air bubble film, comprising of a bubble layer and a base layer. Both layers can be controlled independently, providing flexibility in terms of different material formulations, colors, and thicknesses. We have a range of models available to meet your specific needs, with film width options ranging from 1,000mm to 3,000mm.
