Introducing our self-designed and manufactured Plastic Extruder for Zipper Bags. This state-of-the-art machine is engineered to produce a variety of zipper shapes effortlessly by simply changing out the molds. The system comprises a main extruder, mold shaping unit, constant temperature water cooling and shaping dehydration device, air drying device, zipper sealing unit, and an automatic swing winding mechanism. With a flexible mold structure and straightforward installation process, it's designed for optimal performance.
Serving as an auxiliary system in the production of zipper plastic bags, this machine seamlessly integrates with subsequent bag-making machines to facilitate the composite of chains and films. In-house production ensures superior quality control and substantial cost savings compared to outsourcing. Diverse plastic zipper heads offer a multitude of packaging possibilities.

1. Are you factory or trading company ?
We are a factory specialized in plastic machinery for many years. Additionally, we have the accreditation to export goods independently.
2. Where is your factory? How can I visit your company?
Our factory is situated in Ruian City, Zhejiang Province, China. It's approximately a 40-minute flight from Shanghai (or a 4-hour journey by train). We will gladly pick you up from the airport or train station.
We look forward to welcoming you to our factory.
3. How long is your delivery time?
Typically, our delivery time ranges from 15 to 30 days. In urgent cases, we can expedite the process to around 7 days.
4. What are your terms of payment?
We accept a 30% deposit with the balance due before shipment. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted.
5. What package do you use for the product?
Products are coated with anti-corrosion oil and covered with plastic film. Wooden box packaging is available at an additional cost.
6. Does your factory provide installation service?
Yes, our engineers can visit your factory for installation. The customer must prepare the necessary materials for testing the machine in advance and cover the costs for our technician, including round-trip airfare, visa fees, accommodation, and a daily salary of $100 per person from departure to arrival back at the factory.
7. What's your warranty policy?
We offer a 12-month guarantee and lifetime maintenance service.
8. What is your company's after-sale service?
We aim to express ship replacement parts free of charge as quickly as possible.
