This machine is a plastic zipper extruder designed and manufactured by our factory, which can make various shapes of plastic zipper by changing moulds. The machine consists of main extruder, mould setting, cooling water constant temperature setting, dewatering device, air drying device, plastic zipper closing device, etc. The mould structure is flexible and easy to load and unload.
Main features.
1. The machine adopts the die with advanced 90 degree extrusion.
2. The barrel and screw of this machine are made of high quality alloy steel and treated with chrome plating on the surface, which has strong wear resistance, high temperature resistance and deformation resistance, with a stainless steel cold water tank, which can be adjusted to a high or low position at will.
3. The main and secondary machine adopts frequency conversion to regulate the speed, which makes the quality of the produced plastic zipper more stable.

1. Are you factory or trading company ?
We are factory specialized in plastic machine for many years, also we have the right to export goods by ourselves.
2. Where is your factory? How can i visit your company?
Our factory is located in Ruian city,zhejiang province, China. Its about 40 minutes from shanghai by plane(4 hours by train). We will pick you up on airport or station.

3. How long is your delivery time?
Normally our delivery time is 15-30 days. If you need it ugently, we can make it about7 days
4. What are your terms of payment?
We accept 30% deposit, balance before shipment. And Irrevocable L/C at sight.
5. What package do you use for the product?
Be Coated with anti-corrosion oil, and covered with plastic film, wooden box package need extra cost.
6. Does your factory provide installation service?
Our engineer can go to customer factory to installation. Customer should prepare materials used to testing the machine in advance and should be responsible for the cost of supplier's technician, including round air tickets, visa cost, accommodation and salary 100USD/Day per person since the day start out until the day arriving at factory.
7. What's your warranty policy?
12 month guarantee and whole life maintance.
8. What is your company after sale service?
