We accept a 30% deposit with the balance due before shipment. We also accept Irrevocable L/C at sight.
5. How do you package the products?
Our products are coated with anti-corrosion oil and covered with plastic film. Wooden box packaging is available at an additional cost.
6. Does your factory provide installation services?
Yes, our engineer can travel to your factory for installation. Customers should prepare the materials for testing the machine and cover the costs of the technician's travel, including round-trip airfare, visa fees, accommodation, and a daily salary of $100 per person from departure until arrival back at our factory.
7. What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 12-month guarantee along with lifelong maintenance support.
