We are a factory specializing in plastic machinery for many years, with the capability to export goods independently.
2. Where is your factory located? How can I visit your company?
Our factory is located in Ruian City, Zhejiang Province, China.It is approximately 40 minutes from Shanghai by plane (4 hours by train). We will arrange to pick you up at the airport or train station.

3. How long is your delivery time?
Typically, our delivery time ranges from 15-30 days. For urgent needs, we can expedite the process to around 7 days.
4. What are your terms of payment?
We accept a 30% deposit, with the balance due before shipment. We also accept Irrevocable L/C at sight.
5. What packaging do you use for the product?
The product is coated with anti-corrosion oil, covered with plastic film, and optionally packed in a wooden box for an additional cost.
6. Does your factory provide installation service?
Yes, our engineer can visit your factory for installation. Customers should prepare materials for machine testing in advance and cover the costs of our technician, including round-trip airfare, visa costs, accommodation, and a daily salary of 100 USD per person.
7. What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 12-month guarantee and lifetime maintenance.
8. What is your company's after-sales service?
