We are a factory specialized in plastic machinery for many years, with the right to export goods by ourselves.
2. Where is your factory located? How can I visit your company?
Our factory is situated in Ruian city, Zhejiang province, China. It is approximately 40 minutes from Shanghai by plane (4 hours by train). We offer pick-up service from the airport or station.
3. What is your delivery time?
Normally, our delivery time is 15-30 days. For urgent orders, we can expedite the process to about 13 days.
4. What are your terms of payment?
We accept a 30% deposit with the balance due before shipment. We also accept Irrevocable L/C at sight.
5. How do you package your products?
Our products are coated with anti-corrosion oil, covered with plastic film, and can be packaged in wooden boxes for an additional cost.
6. Does your factory provide installation services?
Our engineers can travel to the customer's factory for installation. The customer is responsible for providing necessary testing materials and covering the technician's expenses, including airfare, visa, accommodation, and a daily salary of 100 USD per person.
7. What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 12-month guarantee with lifetime maintenance services.
